These terms govern your use of GoStudyQ's website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
GoStudyQ helps students discover university programs, receive AI-generated recommendations, prepare applications and communicate with advisors. Recommendations are guidance only; admission decisions are made solely by universities.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. Applications and documents
You confirm that the documents and information you submit are genuine and belong to you. Submitting false or altered documents may lead to account suspension and may be reported to the institution concerned.
4. Plans, payments and refunds
Paid plans and application fees are charged through our payment provider in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees paid to universities are governed by each university's own refund rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, spam, harassment of advisors or attempts to access other users' data.
6. Content and accuracy
We review university and program information carefully, but details such as fees and deadlines can change. Always confirm critical information with the university before relying on it.
7. Liability
GoStudyQ is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for admission outcomes, visa decisions or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
