1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), your academic profile (education, test scores, work experience), documents you upload, application activity, messages with support and basic usage data.
2. How we use it
To match you with programs, run your applications, provide support, send the notifications you choose, process payments and keep the service secure.
3. AI features
Your profile data is used to generate recommendations and answer your questions. We do not use your documents to train third-party models.
4. Sharing
We share data with universities only when you apply to them, and with service providers (hosting, payments, email) under strict agreements. We never sell your personal data.
5. Security
Documents are stored privately and served through short-lived links. Sensitive fields such as passport numbers are encrypted at rest, and staff access is permission-based and logged.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and change notification preferences in your account settings. Contact us for any request we can't handle in-app.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
